Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha

Beautiful hotel!! Great location to a lot of local food and there is a coffee shop and McDonald's across the street as well. I really enjoyed the view and how soundproof the room was, especially since it's located on a busy main street. The staff was kind and very professional. The hotel was clean and modern with great internal food/drink options. The bathroom was great and the best one I've experienced with the options available for the bidet. It is not a regular hose spray like others I've seen as this one is a little more technologically advanced. The bed was super comfortable and the room was a nice size.

Definitely value for money. Good hotel, nice buffet, nice room very big in general standards. The bathroom is also big. The service of the people is amazing

The hotel is at a very prime location in Hanoi, close to big shopping malls and a quick Grab away from Old Quarter. Its a very stylish and modern property with great amenities and very welcoming staff.

The hotel is perfect choice during our stay in Hanoi. I chose it because it is close to my mum house, but it is overcome my expectation. The staff is super kind and friendly, service is top. Breakfast is delicious, my children love it. Beautiful view over Hanoi. Swimming pool has lifeguard. They have fitness and playroom for children as well. We will surely come back. Thank you so much.
