Beautiful hotel!! Great location to a lot of local food and there is a coffee shop and McDonald's across the street as well. I really enjoyed the view and how soundproof the room was, especially since it's located on a busy main street. The staff was kind and very professional. The hotel was clean and modern with great internal food/drink options. The bathroom was great and the best one I've experienced with the options available for the bidet. It is not a regular hose spray like others I've seen as this one is a little more technologically advanced. The bed was super comfortable and the room was a nice size.

Breakfast is delicious, my children love it. Beautiful view over Hanoi. Swimming pool has lifeguard. They have fitness and playroom for children as well. We will surely come back. Thank you so much.
